A 7-Year-Old Knew She Needed an Invite to Visit the White House, So She Asked Trump Personally

Americans across the country have been overwhelming President Trump with letters of appreciation and gratitude ever since he got elected. Some of them were so touching and appealing that even White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders read them out loud in front of everyone at the White House daily briefings.

One such letter that grabbed everyone’s attention was from 7-year-old Mackenzie Kroger of Dalton, Georgia. Namely, little MacKenzie wanted a White House tour so badly, that her mother helped her write a letter and asked the President if she could do it.

In her play-pretend election at school, Mackenzie stated she gave her vote for Trump.

“I know you are a very busy man, but if I could meet you or at least see your office it would make my day,” Mackenzie wrote in the letter that was sent on Oct. 9. “I would love to shake your hand!”

“I’ll give you a tour personally and if the president is here he’d love to meet you as well,” Sanders stated. “Finally you’re very right about food bringing people together so the press staff would like to invite you to have lunch here in the mess hall in the West Wing.”

As per reports, Sanders invited Mackenzie to the White House during her 2018 spring break. If she does come, the girl will attend the Navy Mess Hall, located in the West Wing of the White House.

Sanders further noted that if the President was around when she visited, she might even get to meet him.

Little Mackenzie now certainly has something to look forward to.
